Si-ni-san active ingredients of 14 days of empty bottle stimulation induced sustained chronic emotional stress intervention research and on brain monoamine neurotransmitter content:The experimental results show that compared with the empty bottles to stimulate the group, to medicine group rats attack is presented declining trend, grooming behavior decreased significantly (p<0.05), serum corticosterone levels decreased significantly (p<0.01).At the same time can obviously heighten the whole brain 5-HT and NE content (p<0.0l), had no obvious effect on the whole brain DA, can obviously increase the hippocampus and frontal cortex NE and DA content (p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Continue the 14 days empty bottles of chronic emotional stress induced by stimulating model is reliable and stable emotional stress model.2.Continuous 14 days empty bottle stimulation induced by chronic emotional stress can cause and emotions about the content of monoamine neurotransmitter and in different brain regions of the distribution of change in the brain of rats.3.Si-ni-san active ingredients can effectively antagonize the empty bottle stimulation induced rat chronic emotional stress reaction and of chronic emotional stress caused by monoamine nervous system disorders has a regulatory role.
