The Electric Needle Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis (Kidney Deficiency Type) Clinical Study

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of electric needle treatment of kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis.Research.Methods:The aim of the present study and met the inclusion criteria,60 cases of kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis is divided into three groups,each with 20 cases in each,20 cases in the treatment group were treated by electro acupuncture therapy, drug control group (20 cases) treated by tonifying spleen yichangpill treatment, acupuncture and the control group (n= 20). Course of treatment for February, after the end of the course of treatment to observe the improvement of symptoms in three groups. Data analysis using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:before treatment, the two groups were statistically significant difference in gender, age, course of disease and other general data, and the difference was not significant, P>0.05. Compared two groups of treatment of diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, pus and blood stool, tenesmus five main symptoms and five times the symptom integral, no statistically significant, P> 0.05, with comparability. After the end of treatment, the test data of three groups with normal distribution, paired t-test, group t value was 11.91, Chinese medicine control group of 14.23, acupuncture group was 8.41, three groups of P were less than 0.05, indicating that there are significant differences in symptoms in the three groups after treatment than before treatment. The treatment group, control group and oral traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis and dampness. Comparison of three groups overall efficiency, treatment group was 95%, Chinese medicine treatment group was 95%, acupuncture 80% of the control group, three groups of efficient compared by chi square test P= 0.013,< 0.05, indicating that the three groups after treatment has significant difference, through multi group pairwise comparison confirms, electric needle treatment group cure rate is obviously better than the ordinary acupuncture group, and oral Chinese medicine group was no significant difference in the.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that electric needle treatment of kidney yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis have certain curative effect, and the operation is simple and convenient application and no toxic side effect.
