Objective:By studying the effect on the patients with insomnia acupuncture with different parameters to prove that electroacupuncture treatment of the disease of aging and dose effect relationship, to explore the disease the best treatment frequency and duration, to provide a solid theoretical foundation and clinical basis for the study of electro acupuncture treatment of insomnia.Methods:80 cases of outpatient and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from May 2015 to December, were selected as the experimental subjects. Will meet the diagnostic criteria of 80 patients were randomly divided into A, B, C, D 4 groups, each group of 20 people.4 groups of patients were given conventional TCM acupuncture treatment, after the gas, the use of electro acupuncture instrument, select the density wave frequency 75Hz, electrical stimulation of bilateral Anmian, with tolerance. A group of acupuncture time is 20 minutes, one day acupuncture once. B group of acupuncture time is 40 minutes, one day acupuncture once. The acupuncture time of C group was 20 minutes, two times a day. The acupuncture time of D group was 40 minutes, two times a day. The 4 groups of patients were 1 weeks of acupuncture for 6 days, rest for 1 days,1 weeks for 1 courses, a total of 3 courses. Respectively before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment, the syndrome score, sleep rate, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQD) and clinical efficacy were evaluated before and after treatment. All the measurement data with mean±standard deviation (x±s) said, a variety of the number between compared using analysis of variance and between group pairwise comparison with Q test, paired t-test, rank data using Ridit test, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis to P< 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1 Comparison of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score: before treatment, the syndrome score of each group was compared with P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Before and after treatment, the syndrome score of each group was compared to P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, which showed that acupuncture treatment of insomnia can significantly improve the symptoms of patients. After treatment, B group and C group compared to P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Compared with the remaining group after treatment, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. B, C, D group to improve the symptoms of insomnia patients than A group, and B, C two group effect is equivalent, D group is better than the other 3 groups, it shows that the acupuncture time and increase the frequency of acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia, better curative effect.2 PSQI score:the patients before treatment,4 group total score of PSQI and the scores compared statistically significant (P> 0.05), can be compared; after treatment PSQI score of 4 groups respectively, and the score and the treatment group comparison, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05); after treatment, B group and C group compared with P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Compared with P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, B group and C group, the total score and the score is better than that in group A, and B and C group, D group was better than that of the other three groups that electroacupuncture in dense wave stimulation Anmian, long needle retaining time, multi frequency operation in the treatment of insomnia patients with the effect of the more significant.3 Comparison of the rate of sleep:compared to each sleep rate before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); compared to after treatment of group D and group A, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05), the effect of D group was better than that of group A, but in group D and group B and group C are compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).4 Clinical curative effect comparison:A group of 4 cases recovered after treatment,4 cases of pay off,6 cases effective,6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate:70.00%; Group B after treatment 5 cases recovered,4 cases of pay off, effective 6 cases,5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate:75.00%; Group C 6 cases recovered after treatment,4 cases of pay off,5 cases were effective,5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate:80.00%. Group D 8 cases recovered after treatment,7 cases of pay off,4 cases were effective,1 case was invalid, the total effective rate:95.00%. The Ridit test, four groups of clinical curative effect compared with the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05), group D curative effect was better than group A, B, C 3, use more frequency of acupuncture treatment for patients with insomnia for A long time clinical curative effect is distinct advantageConclusion:1 The EA long needle retaining time, multi frequency operation can be more effective in improving the clinical symptoms of insomnia patients, the curative effect is remarkable.2 The EA long needle retaining time, multi frequency operation, can significantly improve the quality of sleep in patients with insomnia, along with shorter sleep time and prolong the sleep time, sleep efficiency, improve the role of sleep disturbance and daytime function.
