Clinical Observation Of Combined Er Chen Ping Wei Decotion And XELOX To The Patients With Gastric Cancer After Radical Operation

Objective:Observe clinical effect by the treatment of a combination of "er chen ping wei decoction"and XELOX to the gastric cancer patien tswith radical operation who belong to phlegmatic hygrosis,In order to s tudy the effects of reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy of Chinese medicine in the therapy of malignant tumor.Method:80 gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the experimental group 40 cases,and the control group 40 case.The experime ntal group gave a combination of "er chen ping wei decoction"and XEL OX,while the control group just gave XELOX,21 days is a period,contin uous observation two cycles.Xeloda+Oxaliplatin chemotherapy,the specifi cdrug was as follows:Xeloda tablets,1000mg/m2,bid po,dl-d14;oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 ivgtt,dl.Observe the changes of the clinical effects,tumor m arkers values,changes of TCM syndrome integral,Karnofsky scores,theres ults of blood routine,liver and kidney function examine,digestive tract r eaction,neurovirulence and hand-foot syndrome,etc.Results:(1) After treatment,two groups of tumor markers level was reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with contr ol group,the levels of experimental group(CEA and CA19-9)were no stat istically significant difference(P>0.05),CA72-4 was lower obviously with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2) After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of experimental gro up was reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comp aring with control group,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than the control group apparently with statistically significa nt difference(P<0.05).(3) After treatment,KPS score of two groups were higher,the differ ence is statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with control group,KP S score of the experimental group was higher than the control group ap parently with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4) In terms of myelosuppression,liver and kidney function damage, digestive tract reaction,neurovirulence and hand-foot syndrome,after treat ment,the number of cases of the decrease of WBC,HGB and the occurre nce of digestive tract reaction in the experimental group were less than the control group obviously(P<0.05),and the number of cases of the dec rease ofPLT,neurovirulence and hand-foot syndrome in the experimental group were less than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) Comparing with chemotherapy,Er Chen Ping Wei decoction com bining with chemotherapy can reduce the levels of tumor markers and i mprove the clinical curative effect.(2) Comparing with chemotherapy,Er Chen Ping Wei decoction com bining with chemotherapy can relieve patients’clinical symptoms,increase the KPS score and improve the quality of life.(3) Er Chen Ping Wei decoction can relieve bone marrow suppressi on,alleviate digestive tract reaction.
