The Clinical Observation Of Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Treated With Qishan Capsule Combined With Pemetrexed And Cisplatin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Qi Shan capsules Combined with the Program of "PC" (Pemetrexed+cisplatin) in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The study included 60 patients, they were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group, The control group received chemotherapy alonely, the therapy group added Qi Shan capsules on the basis of the chemotherapy. The treatment from the first day to the end of the fourth cycle of chemotherapy, using of statistical methods to evaluate Karnofsky score, TCM syndrome score, incidence of adverse reactions before and after chemotherapy, at the same time, observing tumor lesion size, tumor markers, and safety evaluation of drug use.Results:1. In terms of tumor size, the efficient and stable rate of the treatment group was higher, but after treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).2. Compare the two groups of the concentration of the tumor marker CEA, CA125 before the treatment, and after 2 cycles of treatment, after 4 cycles of treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 4 cycles of treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, the concentration of tumor marker CEA, CA125 decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3. In terms of Karnofsky score, the total efficiency of Karnofsky of the treatment group was higher than the control group, there was statistically significant(P<0.05), and after the treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group increased significantly, there was statistically significant(P<0.05), indicating the treatment group in improving Karnofsky score was better than the control group.4. In terms of the efficiency of TCM single syndromes, the effective rate of the treatment group (cough, sputum, chest tightness and shortness of breath, lassitude, dry mouth and throat, spontaneous sweating) was higher than the control group, there was statistically significant(P<0.05), and group after treatment the symptom score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment, by statistical analysis there was statistically significant(P<0.05); but there was no significant difference between the control group before and after treatment, so the treatment group in terms of improving the patient’s clinical symptoms was significantly better than the control group.5. In the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy, after chemotherapy, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, leukopenia of the treatment group waslower, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group has obvious advantages in reducing gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy aspects.Conclusion:1. Qi Shan capsules can stable tumor, reducing the concentration of tumor markers.2. Qi Shan capsules can enhance Karnofsky score, improve the clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients.3. Qi Shan capsules can reduce side effects of chemotherapy, less impact on the safety indicators, no serious adverse events.
