The Clinical Obserwation Of Kangmai Soft Capsule In The Treatment Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Of Type 2 Diabetic Foot Disease

Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of Kangmai soft capsule in the treatment of Qi and yin deficiency of type 2 diabetic.Method:To select patients for December 2014 to December 2015 to HeiLongjiang University first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine vascular disease around families and outpatient treatment included in the standard of 60 cases of type 2 diabetic foot patients as the research object,The classification of traditional Chinese medicine are Qi and Yin deficiency type,patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of outpatient service,treatment group and control group,30 cases each,the treatment period was 4 weeks,two groups of patients were given basic treatment,the control group on the basis of foundation treatment to add the Tongsaimaipian,the treatment group on the basis of foundation treatment add soft capsule of Kangmai soft capsule,Through the observation of TCM clinical syndrome and syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin main time change,Changes of hemorheology in Western Medicine,skin temperature, Infrared thermography To judge the effect of the treatment.Result:1.TCM syndrome score, the effective rate of treatment group was 76.67%, and the effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,the treatment group is better than the control group.2.The clinical symptoms and signs of the oral Kangmai soft capsule treatment group were significantly better than the oral Tongsaimaipian control group.Treatment group can obviously improve the type of deficiency of both Qi and Yin type 2 diabetic foot disease, lower limb skin temperature, color, pain and other symptoms and effective relationship treatment time.3.Through the blood rheology before and after the treatment, Infrared thermography, foot dorsum skin temperature change can determine kangmai soft capsule can improve blood coagulation state high,Effectively prevent and avoid new thrombosis, to established the formation of collateral circulation of better protection, improve arterial stenosis site blood flow, to improve acral supply of blood.Conclusion:1.Kangmai soft capsule treat type Qi and Yin deficiency of type2diabetic foot is obviously better than the Tongsaimaipian.2.Kangmai soft capsule can effectively reduce blood viscosity, improve blood hypercoagulable state, the peripheral blood can improve limb.
