BackgroundSmall cell lung cancer(SCLC) is originated in the bronchial mucosa or Kulchitsky cell in the glandular epithelium cells (silver), belongs to the APUD (amine we uptake decarboxylation) tumor. Otherwise those scholars study the originated in bronchial epithelium to neuroendocrine differentiation of stem cells. Small cell lung cancer is the lowest in lung cancer differentiation, with the highest malignant degree type. Tumor cells of NSE,5-HT, CgA, another part of the cases (10%) of Sy positive, proof of small cell carcinoma with neuroendocrine function. Evidence-based medicine shows that social development, the influence of the environment, the use of hormones and antibiotics are widely used and has close relationship. Some hidden, part and the onset of the research shows that the pathogenesis of asymptomatic patients, found that some had to middle-late, usually malignant degree is high, mortality is higher. Annexin II associated protein 2 (membrane) and small cell lung cancer development and its pathogenesis is closely related. NF kappa B predominate is the core of the body’s cells regulate inflammation reaction, its endogenous Inhibitor-nuclear factor kappa B inhibit protein (Inhibitor of nuclear transcription factor kappa B, NFKBI, also called I kappa B predominate) can inhibit its activity, NF kappa B and I kappa B predominate predominate balance is the most effective means of organism regulation of inflammation. The study found that the incidence of lung cancer are NF kappa B predominate in the process of abnormal phenomenon, activation and high expression in heavy smokers, and the expression of NF kappa B predominate in patients with lung cancer patients with level also significantly higher than normal. Hint of NF kappa B predominate abnormal activation may be one of the mechanism of lung cancer.ObjectiveAnalysis of the expression of Annexin II and NF kappa B predominate in small cell lung cancer tissues, and to explore the relationships with small cell lung cancer and clinical pathological features.MethodsAnalysis of the IHC method was applied to detect Annexin 11, NF kappa B white predominate in 55 cases of small cell lung cancer and 17 cases of tumors in the lung tissue expression, combined with clinical pathology data statistical analysis; Rt-pcr (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) tests of 22 cases of fresh specimens of lung tumor tissue and 17 cases of tumors in the lung tissue Annexin Ⅱ, NF kappa B m predominate RNA expression, using Western blot method-(protein imprinting method) analysis Annexin Ⅱ, NF kappa B protein predominate in 22 cases of small cell lung cancer and 17 cases of tumors in the lung tissue expression.ResultsAnnexin Ⅱ, NF kappa B predominate expression in the two groups have significant differences, Annexin Ⅱ, NF kappa B predominate in small cell lung cancer tissues amount of gene and protein expression is significantly higher than its counterpart of lung tumor tissue (P< 0.05).ConclusionThe expression level of Annexin Ⅱ and NF κB gene and protein in small cell lung cancer, have a great in judging the occurrence and metastasis, can be used as small cell lung cancer clinical development potential index, to determine the occurrence and metastasis of small cell lung cancer has important value, potential index can be used as small cell lung cancer clinical process, provide the basis for treatment and prognosis evaluation. (P<0.05).
