Study On Preparation Of Classic Herbal Formulae Defects

Classic herbal formulae, which are summarized by selection, combination and making up a prescription consciously is based on long-term life, production practice and medical practice of the struggles of diseases of the past dynasties doctors. They have been used for a long time which are common used in clinical and famous for its rigorous formulae and accurate compatibilities. The classic herbal formulae play an important role in traditional medicine which has high application value for modern clinical in our country. The preparations of classic herbal formulae are on the basis of the clinical history of classic herbal formulae which are made by modern preparation technologies. It rich the sources of Chinese patent medicine in our country to some extent and provides more options for diseases control and prevention to ensure the need of clinical application. Compared to other Chinese patent medicine, the preparation of classic herbal formulae have certain advantages, but the party is not equal to the of classic herbal formulae, some researches show that the existence of defects such as drug quality standard is low, the drug instruction defects, repeated drug use, superposition of the preparation, and off-label use etc. Scientific understanding and evaluation, correct use of the preparations of classic herbal formulae have a certain practical significance for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine industry.This paper selected 46 classic herbal formulae and their 253 corresponding listed preparations of classic herbal formulae, collected and counted the information which are in the lists of essential medicines, health care drugs,nonprescription drugs and protected varieties of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, we can find out and evaluate some problems of the selected preparations of classic herbal formulae present, and combine with relevant laws, medicine policies to evaluate through the quality standards, instructions, clinical reports of collection and analysis so that we put forward some suggestions such as the active evaluation after drug listing, the introduction of drug information disclosure mechanism, improving the quality of the preparation of standards and specifications approved by preparations of classic herbal formulae instructions, researches of classic herbal formulae for improvement to do some related discussion to provide new ideas for the preparations of classic herbal formulae research and feasibility reference.Besides inreoduction and epilogue, this paper are divided into three parts. The first part including the information which are in the lists of essential medicines, health care drugs,nonprescription drugs and so on. The second part including analysis and discuss the problems existing in the selected preparations. In the third section suggestions are put forward.
