Research And Implementation On Computer-aided Development Platform Of Clinical Practice Guidelines Of TCM

Clinical practice guidelines is not only the norms to guide medical work, but also the basis for medical management and insurance, the research of which is profoundly significant to promote standardization, modernization and internationalization of TCM.At present, the TCM clinical practice guidelines development home and abroad has just started. Based on successful practice of previous research, adopting IT (information technology) to establish computer-aided TCM clinical practice guidelines is practical to promote the compilation, revision, application and generalization.After reviewing related literature and consulting experts, the research analyses current foundations of TCM clinical practice guidelines, investigates the actual achievements of IT applying into guidelines research. Based on requirements published in "TCM industry criteria in the People’s Republic of China·General principles of TCM Clinical Practice Guidelines"(Draft) and previous successful practice, the requirements of project application, guidelines compiling, revision and generalization of TCM clinical practice guidelines are analyzed, and a platform based on B/S structure which applies ASP and SQL Server 2000 is built to realized the related functions.The platform concludes four systems:guidelines making, compiling, revision and training; three modules:user management, information publishing, in-station messages, in which the guidelines compiling, staff training, publishing, applying, promotion and evaluation are all involved. The platform also follows requirements published in "TCM industry criteria in the People’s Republic of China·General principles of TCM Clinical Practice Guidelines"(Draft) and previous successful practice so as to fully embody the principles of "innovation, scientificalness, practicality, simplicity ".
