| Objective:Tiaozhong pingwei mixture in this study by observing the clinical symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) and improve the quality of life, the preliminary discussion in Tiaozhong pingwei mixture the clinical curative effect of FD, action mechanism and safety, etc.Methods:The 60 cases of this study are derived from June 2014 to December 2014, the patients with functional dyspepsia diagnostic standards from mianyang city hospital of TCM digestive department outpatient and ward, gastroscope room, by using the method to random number table were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Control group adopts Domperidone treatment, the treatment group taking Tiaozhong pingwei mixture, course of treatment for 4 weeks, observing two groups of patients’ situation after treatment of clinical symptoms and the functional digestive disorders quality of life questionnaire (FDDQL) and the recurrence rate.Results:1. Clinical therapeutic effect comparison. Control group 30 cases, clinical cure in 2 cases,9 cases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases,4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.67%;Treatment group 30 cases,4 cases got cure,11 cases were markedly effective, effective 13 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%.To rank and inspection, two groups of curative effect of statistic Z=1.085, P=0.278, P> 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups, that two groups of curative effect.2. Chinese medicine treatment effect comparison. Control group after lunch full bilge, less early satiety, belching, nausea and vomiting, anti acid, dry mouth symptoms is more significant difference before treatment (P< 0.05), the head body trapped, weakness of limbs, feces sticky, brown urine symptoms points from the previous no significant difference (P> 0.05).And Tiaozhong pingwei mixture treatment group all symptoms were improved after treatment, compared with before treatment points have significant difference (P< 0.05).Tiaozhong pingwei mixture treats body weight, weakness of limbs, feces sticky, brown urine symptom is better than Domperidone, and two groups scores exist significant differences between groups (P< 0.05).3. Quality of life comparison. FDDQL comparison results show that the control group and the treatment group after treatment, within group difference was significant (P<0.05). Two groups in anxiety, sleep, stress, health feeling and integral score, the difference between before and after treatment were significantly different (P< 0.05), the treatment group score difference greater than control group. Indicates that Tiaozhong pingwei mixture can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with FD, and the degree of improvement is better than Domperidone treatment group.4. Recurrence rate comparison. Followed up for 3 months after treatment, control group 11 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 42.31%,4 cases of treatment group recurrence, the recurrence rate was 14.29%, comparing the two groups the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhong pingwei mixture can be effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, has almost equal to the clinical treatment effect and Domperidone. Tiaozhong pingwei mixture improves FD clinical symptoms, quality of life in patients with FD and reduce the recurrence rate is better than Domperidone. Tiaozhong pingwei mixture has a good effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, safe and reliable, and the recurrence rate is small, simple medication, deserves further research and clinical promotion. |
