Clinical Research Of Treating Plaque Psorlasis With She Cao Decoction

Objective:The research explores the rule of treatment of She Cao Decoction about Chinese herbal medicine prescription and clinical effect in the treatment of plaque psoriasis, If this research achieve the desired effect, it will provide a reliable basis of prescription for future clinical practice in the treatment of psoriasis, and the plaque psoriasis will have better choice of treatment.Methods : The cases were 48 outpatients in Yuncheng City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2013 to November 2014, randomly divided patients meeting the study criteria into treatment group and control group in order of visiting and the willingness of patients. The treatment group used self-made She Cao Decoction, decoct with water, 2 times a day, daily 1 agent. The control group was given compound Compound Amino-polyprptide Tablets,2 times a day, 5 tablets each time. Two groups of patients would have regular return visit and follow-up record every 2 weeks at a time. The living adjustment: fasting cold, spicy, chicken, mutton fat objects, pay attention to maintaining a good work and rest, and the optimistic mood.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment, Two groups of patients’ psoriasis skin lesion area are both narrower and the severity index PASI score are both significantly lower than before treatment. Comparison in the group: respectively compared with the treatment of drug treatment for second weeks before and fourth weeks and second week in the treatment group, sixth weeks and fourth weeks of PASI score, P<0.05, significant differences, the treatment effect is significant; compared to a control group of drug treatment for second weeks with before treatment, Fourth weeks and second weeks of PASI score. P< 0.05, statistically significant treatment effect is remarkable. Comparison between groups: treatment group and control group respectively in 2 weeks after the treatment, 4 weeks were the PASI score, P>0.05, there was no significant difference in the treatment of. 6 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, PASI score, P<0.05, a difference of treatment in the two groups, treatment group was higher than that of the control group in the improvement of skin damage. The treatment group and the control group the total efficiency comparison, X2=0.84, P<0.05, the effective rate of treatment group drug treatment was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The topic experiment demonstrates the certain therapeutic effect and security about She Cao Decoction of my tutor by comparing treatment group and control group in the plaque psoriasis’ treatment, and discusses some rules in the process of treatment of psoriasis, and illustrates that it is great possibility to promote traditional Chinese Medicine in the long-term treatment of psoriasis.
