Objective: Analysis of middle-late gestational age healthy pregnant women and fetal heart cavity structure and the change of cardiac function related parameters. discuss whether the heart function changes. Methods: 60 healthy pregnant women were selected as research subjects, according to the clinical pregnancy will be tested by pregnant women and fetus is divided into two groups, Pregnancy in pregnant women,(group A); Late pregnancy(group B);Pregnancy in the fetus,(group A); Late pregnancy(group B).Through the ultrasonic measurement, middle-late gestational age, healthy pregnant women and fetus, left atrial(LA), right atrium(RA), left ventricular(LV), right ventricular(RV) each heart cavity diameter line; Left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV) and end systolic volume(LVESV);Left ventricular myocardial weight(LVM); Left ventricular ejection fraction(EF); Short axial shortening rate(FS); Stroke volume(SV); Cardiac output(CO); peak early diastolic left ventricular filling speed(E peak), peak atrial systolic ventricular filling speed(A peak,),calculating the E/A ratio.Result: In pregnancy and late pregnancy, pregnant women and fetal heart cavity diameter line, LVEDV and LVESV and LVM were increase as the pregnant period extended; Pregnant women LVEF is slightly lower, FS increase slightly, the SV and CO are no obvious change.Tthe mitral valve mouth E peak is decrease, A peak increases, E/A ratio decrease, but the ratio is always greater than 1. At the same time, Fetal LVEF, FS, SV, CO are all increase, E peak increases, A peak decreases, E/A ratio increases, but the ratio always less than 1.Correlation analysis show that pregnant women and fetal about LVM, LVEF, FS, SV, CO is related(P < 0.05), but no correlation between the ventricular diastolic function change(P > 0.05). Conclusion: From pregnancy to late pregnancy, pregnant women and fetal heart heart function has a different degree of change, myocardial weight increased significantly, correlated with cardiac systolic function.
