Objective :Understanding drug resistance of tuberculosis patients in hospital, and analyze the related risk factors, to provide a basis for appropriate treatment scheme. Methods: For the January 2013-December Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chest Hospital patients Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture and drug sensitivity test related basic and clinical data were collected, the collected data were analyzed to describe their drug resistance, resistance spectral analysis of the drug and its associated risk factors discussed.Results:(1)The total drug resistance rate was 34.4%, the total resistance rate was 12.6%(2)1717cases of drug-resistant TB patients before descending five overall resistance rates in the order of anti-TB drugs isoniazid, streptomycin, rifampin, rifabutin, ofloxacin, the resistance rate 21.2%, 18.4%, 17.3%, 13.9% and 5.4%;(3) Resistance to one drug resistance ratio up to three, accounting for the proportion of drugs at least. Single resistance to streptomycin resistant, resistant to isoniazid; two kinds of drugs to resistant to streptomycin + isoniazid and rifampin resistant + rifabutin based, its proportion is respectively7.91%, 5.04%,three kinds of drug resistance resistant to isoniazid and rifampicin + rifabutin accounts for the proportion to be highest, 5.6%.(4)Single drug resistance, multi drug resistance and multi drug resistance of the three types, the rate of drug resistance in patients with the lowest, three types of replication in patients with the highest rate of resistance, the resistance rate is two to two kinds of other types of times, 26.3%.(5) The Kazak resistance rate upper than other ethnic, Han’s multidrug resistant rate is the lowest; five cultural degree of patients Chinese primary school patients with the highest resistant rate, resistance to high school and technical secondary school in patients with the lowest rate of 16.7% and 9.2%; with diabetes mellitus or AIDS; multi drug resistant TB patients constitute the highest, accounted for 23.5%、41.2%.(6)analyzed by multiple factor non-conditionallogistic statistics, nationality, occupation, cultural degree, history of prior treatment, intermittent withdrawal,AIDS, diabetes, the OR are 2.139、2.893、2.491、0.793、1.656、1.385、5.401、0.934.Conclusion :The object of this investigation in retreatment of drug-resistant rate was significantly higher than those in untreated patients. Men and women, urban and rural patients with drug resistance rate had no significant difference. Theinvestigation of the influence factors of drug-resistant tuberculosis havenationality, occupation, smoking history, cultural degreehistory of prior treatment, intermittentwithdrawal, AIDS, diabetes.
