Influence Of Comprehensive Intervention On Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Treatment Compliance Of Patients With Diabetes

Objective:To investigate the influence of comprehensive intervention on continuous subcutaneous insulin treatment compliance of patients with diabetes.Methods:84 patients with diabetes using continuous subcutaneous insulin therapy were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention on CSII. Besides routine nursing intervention,intervention group also accept personnel management and team cooperation, such as psychological intervention, behavioral intervention, cognitive intervention, whole nursing intervention of insulin pump, the establishment of family support system, intervention of complications, guidance after discharge,ect. All the patients accept "Diabetes Patients Questionnaire", "Questionnaire of Related Knowledge", "Insulin Pump Therapy Attitude Questionnaire","Insulin Pump Therapy Compliance Questionnaire"at the beginning, accept "Questionnaire of Related Knowledge", "Insulin Pump Therapy Attitude Questionnaire","Insulin Pump Therapy Compliance Questionnaire"6 months after discharge. Incidence of adverse events and complications of insulin pump were also observed.Results:The diabetic cognitive level and CSII compliance of intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Incidence of adverse events and complications of insulin pumps of intervention group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve the CSII compliance, improved diabetic patients’cognitive level, can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events and pump complications.
