Non-suicidal self-injury is defined as any form of deliberate self-harm, such as cutting, scratching, burning, hitting, etc., but without suicidal intention. Incidence of NSSI is notable and individuals with NSSI suffered more and more more problems. NSSI has now become the important public health problem in the world, which is necessary to intervention. However, there is no consistent treatment guidelines for NSSI currently. Hence, we present a comprehensive systematic review of existing psychological therapy, pharmacological therapy, combination therapy, physiotherapy and other therapy designed specifically for NSSI, which can help establish and improve the system of intervention for NSSI.
