Objective To investigate the correlation between Microalbuminria and Cardiovascular Events Incidence in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease. Methods A total of 120 CHD patients from November 201 2 to June 2013 were recruited from hospitalized and out-patient,were divided into experiment group (30< UACR<300mg/g, n=80) and cont rol group (UACR≤30mg/g, n=40),then to compare the relationship b etween MAU and cardiovascular events rate after 12 months.Result The smoking,Enalapril or valsartan using rates, body mass index, creatinine, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, chole-sterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and C reactive protein levels were in the two groups were no statistical difference (p>0.05),howe-ver,the Microalbuminria level in experiment group was significantly higher than control group (p<0.05).the cardiovascular event incidence in experiment group was significantly higher (t=3.717,p<0.05)。 MAU and cardiovascular events were closely related by Spearman’s analysis (r=0.721,P<0.001) The factors into the multiple regression model were MAU and C-reactive protein(MAU:P=0.019, p=0.001;CRP: (3=0.006, p=0.037).Conclusion MAU concentration has a great impact on the incidenc-e of cardiovascular event. The incidence of cardiovascular can be predicted by the MAU.
