Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods:67 cases of IBD patients information in First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were collected in recent five years, then clinical data were analyzed.Results:The incidence of IBD increased in recent years, the number of UC was significantly higher than that of CD. In UC patients, male were more than female (16:7), the ratio of male to female in CD was 1.1:1. IBD patients with abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool as the main performance. Smoking, drinking, city life style, history of appendectomy, previous history of antibiotics may be one of the risk factors of IBD. IBD can appear different degree of extraintestinal manifestations, involving multiple systems. Standardized treatment of internal medicine are often effective. CD is more likely to cause intestinal obstruction, operation intervention rate is higher than UC.Conclusion:During the past 5 years, the numbers of IBD inpatients was increased significantly. The number of UC was higher than that of CD. The clinical manifestations of IBD are variable.And extraintestinal manifestations was rare.
