Endometrial diseases mainly include endometriosis, endometrial carcinoma, endometrial hyperplasia. Endometrial disease and uterine myoma were common types of female uterine disease. Endometrial disease and uterine myoma could lead to infertility in women of childbearing age, severe cases need to remove the uterus and even danger to life, which brought a heavy physical and mental pain to women. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of endometrial disease and uterine myoma were very important. However, the etiology and pathogenesis of endometrial disease and uterine myoma were not clearly. Related research showed that living habits, environmental, genetic and other factors were closely related with endometrial disease. In recent years, clinical experience had found that the increased incidence of endometrial diseases and uterine myoma in women were associated with increased exposure to health food, but, the problem of health food and female diseases was rarely reported. Exproled the relationship between endometrial diseases, uterine myoma and functional health food, it makes sense for enhancing women’s health food understanding, reduced the risk of endometrial disease and uterine myoma. Which was conducived to reduceing the disease harm to female reproductive health. Objective:In this paper, we investigated the differences in lifestyle, eating habits, health status and other aspects of the patients with endometrial diseases and uterine myoma in the case control study. Our aim was to understand the suspicious risk factors for endometrial diseases and uterine myoma, and then explored the relationship between endometrial diseases and functional health food in further, thereby, provided scientific basis for the clinical treatment and rational use of health care products. Methods:Selected respondentsfrom First Hospital of Jilin University Gynaecology department between April 2014 and March 2015, respondents inculded patients with endometrial diseases 737 case, healthy persons 248 case.We aggregated information on the method of combining questionnaire, telephone interviews and clinical records. Used Epi Data software to establish a database input information. Then we used SPSS19.0 statistical software package for statistical analysis., Possible risk factors of endometrial diseases were calculated by single factor and multi factor Logistic analysis. At last, we explored the association between endometrial diseases and functional health food. Results:1. BMI greater than 24(OR=1.52, 95%CI=1.13-2.03, P=0.005), Ate health food had(OR=1.83, 95%CI=1.20-2.78, P=0.005), Drinking(OR=1.61,95%CI=1.04-2.49, P=0.034) had associations with the incidence of endometriosis respectively. More than 40 years old, married and divorced, had associations with the occurrence of endometriosis respectively.2. Endometriosis patients ate higher proportion of health food than control group, Oviductus Ranae(χ2=20.331,P<0.001;OR=6.32,95%CI=2.57-15.55), Donkey hide gelatin(χ2 =5.891,P=0.014;OR=2.76,95%CI=1.17-6.47), deer fetus(χ2 =8.237,P=0.004), pilose antler(χ2 =7.045,P=0.008). Endometriosis patients ate higher proportion than control group on the species of health food(χ2 =13.753,P=0.003).3. More than 40 years old(OR=1.36,95%CI=1.06-1.63, P=0.013), BMI greater than 24(OR=1.67, 95%CI=1.25-2.23, P=0.001), Ate health food(OR=1.77,95%CI=1.15-2.72 P=0.009) had associations with the incidence of endometrial hyperplasia.4.Endometrial hyperplasia patients ate higher proportion of health food than control group, sea cucumber(χ2=5.366,P=0.021; OR=2.23,95%CI=1.12-4.47),Oviductus Ranae(χ2 =12.798, P < 0.001; OR=4.87,95%CI=1.89-12.51), Donkey hide gelatin(χ2 =13.420, P < 0.001; OR=4.32,95%CI=1.86-9.99), deer fetus(χ2 =9.041,P=0.003).5. More than 50 years old(OR=6.51,95%CI=3.94-10.76, P<0.001),BMI greater than 24(OR=2.94,95%CI=1.87-4.63,P<0.001),Ate health food(OR=2.69,95%CI=1.29-5.61, P=0.009) had associations with the incidence of endometrial carcinoma. Physical exercise helped to prevent the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma probaly,(OR=0.15,95%CI=0.05-0.41, P<0.001).6.Compared with the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups on Oviductus Ranae(χ2 =20.787,P<0.001), pilose antler(χ2 =5.473,P=0.019). The associations between Oviductus Ranae and endometrial carcioma was 6.90,95%CI=2.70-17.63.7. More than 40 years old(OR=1.86,95%CI=1.51-2.29, P<0.001),BMI greater than 24(OR=1.46, 95%CI=1.12-1.92, P=0.06), Ate health food(OR=1.67,95%CI=1.16-2.42, P=0.06) had associations with the incidence of uterine fibroids8. Uterine fibroids patients ate higher proportion than control group on 2 species of health food group and 3 species of health food group,χ2=17.458,P=0.001.9. Urban women ate higher proportion of health food(63.83%) than in rural constitute(46.28%), χ2=28.851,P<0.001;With age and education level increased, consumption of health food constituent ratio increased, they were χ2 =17.485,P=0.001 and χ2=13.032, P=0.011; Women working with the enterprises and institutions consumed higher proportion of health food than other occupations, χ2 =44.488,P<0.001. Conclusion:1. Overweight and obesity were the risk factors of endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial carcioma and uterine fibroids.2. More than 40 years old was a high incidence of endometrial disease and uterine fibroids.3. Inappropriate consumption of functional health food(for example, Oviductus Ranae and deer products) may be related to the incidence of endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial carcinoma, uterine fibroids.4. Physical exercise was good for preventing endometrial carcinoma.
