Objective: Application of whole brain CT perfusion to study the changes of cerebral blood rheology and the relationship between cerebral vasospasm and cerebral ischemiaMethods: In this paper, we collected 19 cases of SAH patients admitted to the first hospital of Jilin University from January 2014 to December 2015. The patients all did computed tomography angiography(CTA) and CT perfusion imaging( CTP).Evaluation of the degree and location of intracranial vasospasm according to CTA images and then record it. Recording each one’s CTP index(MTT、TTP、CBV、CBF). And the lowest part of the brain was observed and recorded. Evaluation of the CTA display of the most severe vascular spasm in the brain region and the head of the brain CTP perfusion at least part of the correlation. Classification of cases by using Hunt-Hess classification and then compare and research with it. Select 95% confidence interval for statistics.Result: In 19 patients, no cerebral vasospasm was found in 11 cases by CTA. Cerebral vasospasm occurred in 8 cases by CTA. CTA showed 8 patients with vascular spasm, CTP was abnormal in 5 cases too。 it account for 67.5%. CTA did not show the vascular spasm in11 cases, 3 cases of abnormal CTP patients, accounting for 27.27%. Statistics CVS group and non CVS group, compared with the standard value. No cerebral vasospasm group CTP showed that the cerebral perfusion was higher than that of the cerebral vasospasm group. However, both of the group were lower than the standard value. The patients were also grouped according to Hunt-Hess classification. Grade I and grade II CTP patients showed intracranial perfusion is better than grade III, grade IV, gradeⅤpatients. Conclusion: CT perfusion can reflect the situation of Cerebral microcirculation and terminal blood vessel. Reflect the changes of cerebral blood flow dynamics after SAH.Cerebral hemodynamic information is provided by the relevant parameters. It can be suggested that whether cerebral ischemia is happened and assess the degree of brain ischemia.
