Meta Analysis Of The Correlation Between MMP-2、MMP-3 Gene Expression In Chinese Population And Lumbar Disc Degeneration

Objective:To explore the correlation between MMP-2 、 MMP-3 gene expression in Chinese population and Lumbar disc degeneration Methods:To search through Pub Med, computer Embase, Science Direct,CBMDisc, China How Net(CNKI), Wanfang(Wang Fang) and VIP database(VIP), an important meeting and set Backissues manual retrieval correlation between MMP-2 、 MMP-3 gene expression in Chinese population and Lumbar disc degeneration, including prospective and retrospective references, all searches as of March 5, 2016. Meta analysis on the extracted data,count data using relative risk(RR) said that the relationship between evaluation results.Results:The first 381 articles in literature evaluation Who tick weight, read the title, abstract, text seriously and ultimately search into the 10 papers,meta analysis results showed: the expression levels of MMP-2、MMP-3 in the case group was higher than that of control group, and the higher the expression level of mmps is, the more serious the lumbar intervertebraldisc degeneration are.Conclusion:MMP-2、MMP-3 gene expression in Chinese population and lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration has a significant correlation.
