Alzheimer’s disease is severely reduced one of the main factors of the quality of life of the elderly, has the development, characteristics of reversible and there is no cure for, the most important pathological features for senile plaques(SP),neurofibrillary tangles(NFT) and neuron loss. Beta amyloid protein, as the main component of senile plaques, has been extensively studied by many researchers as a target of drug action.Objective: to phenylalanine dipeptide skeleton synthesis of artificial selenium enzyme because of its peroxidase activity, we guess can also remove the excess free radicals in Alzheimer’s disease brain, which can delay the disease in a certain degree of development. At the same time, because of its special structure of F-F, we speculate that the F-F structure of the selenium containing peroxidase may interact with the F-F structure of the beta amyloid protein to inhibit its aggregation.Methods: This article through the simulated body environment to promote the A beta 1-42 peptide aggregation, and the aggregation state of A beta 1-42 peptide on SHSY5 Y cells damage, and explore the different concentrations of the peroxidase can improve the damage situation. In the same time, the study on the toxicity of CL4176 beta in C.elegans was used to study the toxicity of selenium containing peroxidase to A. In this experiment, by using non denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to detect in different temperature and bath time a beta will form different forms of aggregation and tht method(content of tht fluorescence intensity and the system fibers formed into positive correlation) to monitoring and detection of amyloid beta aggregation as evidence.Results: there was a significant effect of the damaged cells, and there was no significant difference in the results of non denaturing electrophoresis and ThT.Specific as follows: 1, 1 M, 5 M, 15 S-O-1 of M can improve the cell viability of ASHSY5 Y after 1-42 damage in cells, and to a certain extent, clear ROS, alleviate oxidative stress. In the 2 and 3 experiments, S-O-1 showed that the life span of the transgenic nematode CL4176 could be prolonged, and the paralysis rate could be improved to a certain extent after the administration of 24 h, and the administration of48 h, which was consistent with the experimental results. 3, non denaturing electrophoresis experiments and T quantitative determination of sulfur in the experimental results showed that S-O-1 on the aggregation of A beta 1-42 no inhibitory effect.Conclusion: containing selenium peroxidase with peroxidase activity can relieve cell model and the model nematode in oxidative stress and remove certain free radicals; containing selenium peroxidase f-f structure can not according to the expected and beta amyloid in f-f structure interaction and interference a beta aggregation. Through the experiment that selenium containing peroxidase can relieve the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease in a certain extent.
