The Retrospectiveanalysis For Patients Treated With Laparoscopic Prostatectomy

Objective:In this study, to explore surgical skills and curative effect improve the clinical value of laparoscopic, the collected medical records of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were analyzed,.Methods:We collected the detailed clinical data of the total of 20 patients who had received the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy from October 2012 to October 2015. We assembled the date of these patients including age, preoperative prostate volume, total operation time, blood loss, interim open surgery, complications, time to indwelling urinary catheter, hospitalization time, postoperative complications and clinical pathology to evaluate the effect of prostate cancer prostatectomy with laparoscopic radical comprehensive.Results:Mean patient age of patients was 67.7±4.6 years, clinical stage was T2NOMO~T3b NOMO, mean PSA concentration was 25.3±6.9ng/ml, Gleason score was 7.4±2.1, mean prostate volume was 46.4±11.0ml. Mean operation time was 167.3±49.2 min, mean estimated blood loss was 204.1±44.9ml, mean intestinal recovery time was 2.2±0.4 days, mean drainage time was 4.9±1.2 days, urethral catheterization was21.8± 3.6 days, hospitalization time was 11.8±2.6 days; Rectal damage in transit operation in 1 case, was 5% and cutting edge was 4 cases(20%). We follow up the 20 patients for not less than 6 months, by the end of the follow-up, biochemical recurrence occurred in 2 cases, complete continence was maintained in 19 cases(95%).Conclusion:The laparoscopy radical prostatectomy had the advantage of less blood loss and a short transfusion rate and the short time of hospitalization and the less postoperative complications. It is easy to be accepted by patients and their families and it has good application value in clinical.
