Research purposes:Screw placement of the hip cavity can result in severe traumatic arthritis of the hip and wear and tear of the cartilage of the femoral head. The research about safe operation on Screw placement in the treatment in pubis fracture internal fixation of pelvic with The Stoppa approach was few. In this study, we will adopt Mimics software transform normal CT raw data into a 3 D model.We will osteotomy on the 3 d model along the superior border of pecten pubis.To study the safe zone for screw around the acetabulum in modified Stoppa approach for treating pelvic fractures with plate and screws along pelvic brim,and afford anatomical data for inserting screw around the acetabulum safely. Research object and methods:There are 40 patient without pelvic fracture in emergency orthopedic of our hospital duration september 2013 to july 2015.Import 40 patients CT raw data to Mimics software, and process data conversion on a large scale in the PC.The 3 d model were seen open vertically to the inner surface along the line parallel and inferior to the pelvic brim,and this plane is measured.Relatively safe zone and danger zone for screw insertion around the acetabulum using the figure on the model referring to iliopectineal eminence. The results of the study:The dangerous zone was BD,it was possibility put into the hip joint if plent screw in the direction of acetabulum.The AD of the male on the left side is(13.79±0.38)mm,the AB of the male on the left side is(13.33± 0.86)mm, the AD of the male on the right side is(14.03± 0.50)mm, the AB of the male on the right side is(13.76±0.52)mm.The AD of the female on the left side is(12.36±0.52)mm, the AB of the female on the left side is(11.95± 0.43)mm, The AD of the female on the right side is(12.48± 0.47)mm, the AB of the female on the right side is(12.06± 0.28)mm.The area outside the CE was absolutely safe area. The AC of the male on the left side is(24.92±1.14)mm, the AE of the male on the left side is(22.57± 0.61)mm, the AC of the male on the right side is(22.73± 0.60)mm, the AE of the male on the right side is(22.92±0.98)mm. The AC of the female on the left side is(21.78±1.42)mm, the AE of the female on the left side is(22.31± 0,98)mm, The AC of the female on the right side is(22.22± 0.31)mm, the AE of the female on the right side is(21.87±1.89)mm.3.The longest length of screw of the security screw placement around periacetabular was BI、DG. The BI of the male on the left side is(28.91±1.28)mm,the DG of the male on the left side is(45.83± 2.51)mm,The BI of the male on the right side is(28.88± 1.32)mm, the DG of the male on the right side is(45.81±2.78)mm. The BI of the female on the left side is(27.19±3.73)mm, the DG of the female on the left side is( 43.65±4.06) mm, the BI of the female on the right side is(27.21±2.72)mm, the DG of the female on the right side is(44.56± 4.36)mm. Conclusion:1.We can get detailed and complete the pelvis model by use Mimics software reconstruction, model for digital processing, for the further understanding of acetabulum anatomy structure provides a new method by collect healthy adult pelvic CT data.2.When treatment high pelvis fracture with open reduction and plate internal fixation technology, the study can accurately define the acetabulum plate placed the danger zone, for the safety screw into the determination of points into the direction of the nail by the measurement results and to provide the anatomical evidence for the selection of the length.
