A Study On The Healthcare Informatization In Jilin Province

As one of the important guarantees of people’s livelihood, the medical industry is an inevitable link in people’s daily lives. However, the inefficient low-quality traditional medical mode fails to resolve various problems, such as “difficulty in receiving medical service”, “high expense in receiving medical service”, “difficulty in sharing excellent medical resources”, etc. which severely impact citizens’ access to the medical service. Therefore, it is full of expectations in the change of medical service model with new technologies, methods and modes. In such a demand, the voice for the essential changes rises increasingly, and further development of the informatizaiton is considered as the grand context and fundamental conditions of the healthcare informatizaiton. The implementation of healthcare informatizaiton by starting from the establishment of a healthy and complete orderly healthcare informatizaiton system turns to be the important direction and acting point in the medical system reform. The healthcare informatizaiton construction has already become a key to the promotion of the development of medical system and improvement of citizen’s satisfaction. Of course, the healthcare informatizaiton construction can also improve the deteriorating doctor-patient relationship, integrate the fragmented medical information, lower the extremely high medical cost and finally enhance the service quality of medical establishments, which endows researches on the healthcare informatizaiton with significant academic and practical value.At present, along with the booming of “internet plus” implementation in China, as well as the trend and fantastic opportunity of “internet plus all industries”, it’s the responsibility of both the government and medical institutions to drive the crossover integration of healthcare and internet. In consequence, it’s necessary to study how local governments could promote the healthcare informatizaiton with some proper policies in the context of “internet plus” in order to provide citizens with high-quality, efficient, convenient and low-cost online healthcare service which is different from the conventional healthcare mode. Considering the convenience of in-situ investigation, the article conducts study on the case of healthcare informatizaiton construction in Jilin Province, follows the study line of “discovery-analysis-solution”, relies on the domestic and foreign study and research results on healthcare informatizaiton, and discovers the problems and difficulties of informatization in Jilin Province by in-situ investigation and analysis of the medical institution informatizaiton in Jilin Province. In addition, it also refers to domestic and foreign advanced experiences to explore the effective action strategy, tries the best to eliminate any obstruction on the development road of healthcare informatizaiton in Jilin Province, and provides other local governments with solution on guiding and promoting the healthcare informatizaiton construction.Besides introduction and conclusion, the article can be divided into three sections.The first section indicates the related concept and theoretical basis of healthcare informatizaiton.
