Clinical Observation On Suoquanzhini Particle In The Treatment Of Infantile Neural Frequency Of Micturition With Both Spleen Qi And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Suoquanzhini particle to treat infantile neural frequency of micturition with both spleen qi and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:64 cases of children with neural frequency of micturition (Spleen and kidney deficiency type)were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group 31 examples,and the control group 33 examples.Two groups before treatment in children with gender, age, course of the disease, symptoms, can observe the comparison (P>0.05).The treatment group taken her proposed traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth suoquan particles;while the control group was treated with Proprietary Chinese medicine indentation springs pill. Both of the twogroups were treated for one course (2 weeks).To look at the end of the course of main and second syndrome integral, record with statistical software through the comparative analysis of two groups of curative effect.1 month after treatment for 2 group cured with follow-up, and records of two groups of children with the recurrence rate, the results were compared.Results:Compared the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups after 2 weeks’treatment,The disease outcome:the total effective rate of the trestment group was 96.8%, while it was 81.8% of the control group.The judgement of TCM syndrome integral:the total effective rate of the trestment group was 96.8%, while it was 87.9% of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).In the process of two groups of cured follow-up,Treatment group in 1 case of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 4.35%; The control group recurrence in 2 cases, recurrence rate was 23.5%,Recurrence rate lower in treatment group than the control group (p<0.05), two groups of children with recurrent continue to use again after cured.Conclusion:(1)Suoquanzhini particle in treating infantile neural frequency of micturition with both spleen qi and kidney qi deficiency syndrome curative effect is superior to the proprietary Chinese medicine control group obviously;(2)Suoquanzhini particle in treating infantile neural frequency of micturition with both spleen qi and kidney qi deficiency syndrome recurrence rate is low, the recurrence rate was 4.35%。...
