Objective:This study was designed to investigate the effectiveness of Wang Tu Dan behavior therapy combined with primary premature ejaculation spleen and kidney yang "dialectical recorded" and the degree of improvement of the quality of both sexual partners for the treatment of primary premature ejaculation Chinese medicine provide evidence based medicine.Methods:The subjects were in March 2015-2015 November our hospital 100 patients met the inclusion criteria of the spleen and kidney yang premature ejaculation patients,100 subjects were voluntarily accepted to participate in this clinical study, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria included sequentially screening, culling and shedding 10 patients,90 patients were eventually retained clinical efficacy study period. Its balanced randomized into the treatment group and control group A and group B three groups of 30 patients. All patients were newly diagnosed patients belong to our hospital, and have no history of drug-related treatment or washout period longer than one month. The treatment group received oral Wang Tu Dan combined with behavioral therapy, group A received oral Wang Tu Dan medication, group B received behavior therapy. Continuous medication and training a month later, analyze the situation changed between the former three groups after treatment, clinical symptoms of premature ejaculation, CIPE-5, IELT, SAS and its partner satisfaction scores and group therapy. On the results of statistical analysis.Results:Wang Tu Dan combined with behavior therapy spleen and kidney yang premature ejaculation randomized controlled trials have shown:Before treatment, the treatment group and the control group A and group B comparison of the three groups of the indicators mean no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the treatment group had significant improvement in clinical symptoms, compared with the average scores before treatment (P<0.01), no significant difference (P efficacy and control group A> 0.05), but significantly better than the control group B (P<0.01). Compared to a significant improvement (P <0.01) before treatment group, the mean IELT score and treatment, and more effective than the control group A and group B (P<0.05). Compared to a significant improvement in the treatment group and SAS scores mean treatment (P<0.01), the efficacy of the control group A no significant difference (P> 0.05), but significantly better than the control group B (P<0.01). Treated patients compared to a sexual partner satisfaction improved significantly (P <0.01), the efficacy of the control group A no significant difference (P> 0.05), but significantly better than the control group B (P<0.01) and the mean score before treatmentConclusion:This study shows that:1. Wang Tu Dan spleen deficiency type primary premature ejaculation treatment can significantly improve their ejaculatory function, reduce their anxiety symptoms and prolong intravaginal ejaculation latency, significantly improving clinical symptoms, improve their sexual partners satisfaction, excellent from the point of view of data in behavior therapy.2. Wang Tu Dan spleen deficiency combined with behavior therapy and behavior therapy in patients with primary premature ejaculation and Wang Tu Dan relatively more effective treatment to improve their ejaculatory function, reduce their anxiety symptoms and prolong intravaginal ejaculation latency, improve clinical symptoms, improve their sexual partner satisfaction, better therapeutic effect.3.
