Clinical Observation Of Two Winter Decoction Combined With The Treatment Of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer With Advanced Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Heat

Objective:Clinical application of Er Dong decoction combined with western medicine non for Nigeria in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer, observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and drug safety. It can be used to objectively evaluate the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced lung cancer, for the clinical application of Er Dong Decoction provide the clinical cases observation.Methods:In this study,70 cases were included in this study, and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.In this study, the patient was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, TCM syndrome of yin deficiency and phlegm heat of lung abscess.With the standard set of cases control Ninon group application Ji erlotinib tablets in the treatment,250mg/QD, oral, or fasting and food on the same service,28 days for a cycle observed four cycles or until disease progression or toxicity can not be tolerated or were required to withdraw from the termination. According to the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment given by the winter of two Decoction 150ml/times,3 times a day.During the study period, other drugs were not taken except for the necessary support.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of solid tumors in comparison, KSP score changes, the median survival time, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficiency comparison and score improvement and adverse reaction incidence rate comparison.Results:1.Two groups of patients in gender, age, course of disease, such as baseline data does not have statistical differences (P> 0.05).2.The objective effect of solid tumors were different:the effective rates of the two groups after chemotherapy 2 cycles were significantly different (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.3.KPS score:two groups of patients with KPS were significantly different (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment KPS score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.4..Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy:after treatment in improving TCM syndrome grade distribution difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the treatment group than the control group.5..The incidence of adverse reactions:two groups of patients with liver function, renal function does not have significant difference, both in the blood toxicity and side effects of significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group.Research conclusions:(1)By Er dong decoction with gefitinib non for Nigeria in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer can shrink tumors, improve KPS score and improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, curative effect is better than that of the control group. (2) Use of Er dong decoction combined with gefitinib for Nigeria in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer can can alleviate the adverse reaction caused by part of targeted therapy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
