Objective::To observe and record the treatment of CFE,analyze the cause of the Postoperative symptoms of CFE,at the same time, according to the Postoperative symptoms of CFE with EA treatment,Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment,To observe and record the improvement of Postoperative symptoms of CFE by EA treatment,Comparison of postoperative symptoms with conventional therapy,To study the mechanism of EA treatment of Postoperative symptoms of CFE,To provide clinical experience for the treatment of postoperative symptoms of CFE with EA.Methods:This subject chose the Postoperative symptoms of CFE patients who met the inclusion criteria,Randomly divided into treatment group (electroacupuncture)30 cases and control group(conventional therapy)30 cases,Before the study, the basic symptoms of the patients with inclusion criteria were recorded(Score table method).after a course of treatment, Statisticed the symptoms of the patients in treatment group and control group by score sheet record,The collected data were compared according to statistical criteria,Comprehensive evaluation of the curative effect of the two treatment methodsTheoretical basis:accupuncturing the neck points with electricity and the nerve of the corresponding pathological changes segment,After acupuncturing, the body’s cerebral cortex nerve is excited by the pulse current:;At the same time stimulate the local deep muscle tissue to relax and contract,to elease of nerve root adhesion effectively,The body can also improve the ability of scavenging free radicals,And promote the potassium ion into the cell,So as to reduce tissue damage,promote blood circulation, improve nutrition, eliminate nerve ischemia and edema and promote the recovery of nerve root functionResults:1.Before and after treatment there were significant differences (P<0.05) between the Two groups of patients,indicate that two groups of treatment can both improve the Postoperative symptoms of CEF.2.After treatment, the scores of the two groups of patients were significantly different (P<0.05),so EA treatment group was better than the conventional treatment group.3.The healing rate of EA group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05), Have significant difference,So the EA treatment group was superior to the conventional treatment group in improving the Postoperative symptoms of CFE.Conclusion:1.Electrical acupuncture treatment group and conventional treatment group can both effectively improve the Postoperative symptoms of cervical foraminal endoscopy,Curative effect affirmation.
