As human society progresses, the limitation of traditional medical treatment is gradually emerging, when mobile health, which can be seen as an interdiscipline, accordingly came into being as a result of medical model revolution and has rapidly developed. Mobile health attaches importance to real-time and continuous collection of human physiological data. Meanwhile it emphasizes customized diagnosis and nursing on the premise that every individual difference is taken into consideration. Hence, the collection of physiological data based on non-contact technology and identification based on biological characteristics became rising issues in the field of mobile health.The paper takes pulse wave as typical physiological signal, so as to dig into the identification, tracing and pre-warning of abnormal state based on non-contact technology. Firstly, we analyze the theory of biological identification to prove the uniqueness and consistency of pulse wave use motion amplification technology to ensure that pulse wave is able to be collected in a non-contact way, and then discuss characteristics identification method based on data mining. Secondly, software is developed and tested in MATLAB platform, which realizes the non-contact collection based on video and identification of pulse wave. Thirdly, we extend the optical positioning method to medical care environment and put forward a positioning technology based on biological characteristics, realizing the target tracking and pre-warning of abnormal state. Finally, a new mobile health system is constructed based on various research results.
