A Case Study Of Health Supervision Association Of Dujiangyan City Of Sichuan Province

Health supervision association, as an important aspect and plan of the reform in the medical and health system, is a basic community health service item in recent years.By utilizing the current health resources, it makes full use of township hospitals and community health services center, aiming at solving the problem of basic healthy supervision and promoting the equalization of essential public health service.Health supervision association is the main form of rural health supervision in China.This system helps to solve some problems of basic healthy supervision and enhance the security level, dealing with difficulties which can not be done by health supervision agency of city(county) level.Since 2006, every government of each level promoted a series of health supervision association systems which full of guiding significance from macro level. But from micro level, there are many problems. Namely, the implementation of health supervision association is closely related to the the effect. Under such background, the author chooses to study the case of health supervision association systems.This paper makes case studies about health supervision association of Du Jiangyan City. By analyzing the executive, fund, existed problems and its reasons, the author wants to find some strategies to keep the balance between theory and practical work,aiming at improving the health supervision association of government, health administrative department and health inspectionauthorities and guaranteeing the effect of health supervision association system. This paper also studies some theoretical achievements and practical experience, which full of guiding significance for Du Jiangyan.This paper includes seven parts. Part one is introduction, which introduces the background, significance, domestic researches and reviews, purpose and methods, as well as the introduction of health supervision association system and relative theory.Part two analyzes the basic status of health supervision association system in our country. Part three describes the case of health supervision association system in Dujiangyan City. Part four researches on the human factors. Part five focuses on the capital factors. Part six studies the problems within Dujiangyan’s health supervision association system itself. The last part concludes the enlightment of the former case.
