From 2013, the "Public entrepreneurship, innovation" has become China’s national strategy.The essence of innovation is to improve or create new technologies or products, and to obtain useful results in the required environment. Innovation requires not only a lot of knowledge accumulation and practical experience, but also a set of practical and effective methods to guide the innovation. TRIZ as a systematic innovation method, it reveals the internal principles and rules of the innovation, with the aim to identify the fundamental contradictions exist in the system. It abandoned the traditional innovative methods with compromise ways to solve problems, the ultimate goal is to completely resolve conflicts, to obtain the ideal solution. In this paper, the TRIZ theory is introduced into the optimal design of the human body prosthesis.Through analysis the existing problems of the human prosthetic device, the ideal solution is determined, and then through a series of TRIZ tools to obtain the optimization design of the prosthesis and its optimization design of the prosthesis. Finally, evaluation system is established to evaluate and analyze the optimization design schemes and get the optimal solution.The paper’s contents mainly contained are as follows:The first chapter mainly recommends the research background, the status of TRIZ theory and the concepts of human prosthetic, classifications and its research status. Meanwhile, this section introduces the source of the subject raised, the main research contents of papers and its framework.The second chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic tools and methods contained in TRIZ theory, including the ideal final solution, 40 innovative inventions, physical contradiction and its four segregated principles, eight technology system evolution laws,Su-Field analysis and its 76 standard solution, then obtain the analysis process and problem-solving process when use TRIZ theory solve problem. Finally, the specific questions analysis process and specific problem-solving process based on the TRIZ theory is applied to the human body prosthetic system.The third chapter analyzes the demand analysis and the technical problem analysis of thehuman body prosthetic at first, obtain the final ideal solution; and establish the SVOP function list of prosthesis system to analyze the function of component model and the analysis of three axis, established the component prosthesis system function model and system resource list.The fourth chapter with the aid of computer aided innovation software Pro/Innovator,applying ARIZ algorithm and TRIZ tools to solve problems. Through the resources analysis,technical contradictory analysis, physical contradictory analysis, Su-Field analysis and the evolution of S-curve analysis,accurately find the corresponding innovative principles, separation principle, S-F model with its standard solutions and the direction of technological evolution. By analogy and analysis the corresponding principle, model, a series of optimization design scheme for solving the problem of the prosthetic is obtained.The fifth chapter use the principle that improve the ideal as program evaluation criterion in TRIZ theory, combining structural characteristics of human prostheses, obtain the indicators for evaluation of artificial limbs optimization program, Then the evaluation model of the artificial limb is established in Pro/Innovator, and the optimal scheme is determined.
