Sophora Gel In The Treatment Of Cervical HPV Infection In Clinical Research

Objective:To compare Sophora gel in the treatment group and the control group (1, recombinant human interferon α-2b gel 2, Sophora gel combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel) clinical efficacy of cervical HPV infection, compare and evaluate the effectiveness of these three treatment options and choose the best treatment for HPV infection, the clinic provide an objective basis for further evidence-based medicine. Methods: First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic patients with 120 cases of cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1 and group 2 three groups, the treatment group treated with cervical flavescens gel, control group 1 cervix treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel, control group 2 flavescens gel using recombinant human interferon gel was observed before and after the treatment of HPV viral load in patients with different type of viral load changes. Data processing, statistical analysis. Results: Sophora gel combined with recombinant human interferon for clinical efficacy of HPV infection than single drug, Sophora gel in the treatment group and recombinant human interferon group was no difference in the total efficiency, Sophora gel decrease the total amount of virus greater than the interferon group (P<0.05), Sophora gel treatment group, the cure rate is greater than the recombinant human interferon α-2b gel group (P<0.05), Sophora gel for 16,18 types of HPV infection has efficient than recombinant human interferon group (P<0.05). Conclusions:1 flavescens gel combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel medication more effective than single drug; 2 Sophora gel to reduce the role of HPV viral load than recombinant human interferon a-2b gel.; 3 flavescens gel in the treatment group, there was no difference in the total efficiency of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel group, but higher than the recovery of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel;..4 flavescens gel HPV high-risk subtypes 16,18 have some type of infection targeting.
