Objective: To investigate the Classification of human papillomavirus and correlation analysis between viral load and cervical epithelial lesions in women in Xinjiang Urumqi. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed the 3051 women HPV typing results in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2020 to November and test the HR-HPV viral load and Cervical cytopathology to comprehensively evaluate the correlation between them. Results:The HPV infection rate of women screened for cervical cancer in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital was 31.3%,The multiple infection of HPV was accounted for 23.14%,and the single type infection of HPV was accounted for 76.85%.The main types of HPV infection were HPV16,HPV52,HPV53,HPV58,HPV51 and HPV39.Wemon aged 40-50 were at high risk of HPV infection. There was a statistical difference among different ethnic groups and ages of HPV infection(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the mean virus load among different ages(P>0.05).There was significant difference between HPV load with cytopathic degree and cervical lesions(P<0.001).The most common classifications of TCT and Tissue lesions were HPV16,HPV52 and HPV18.The optimal cut-off valus for ≥HSIL were 113.4,195.695 and 138.445,with sensitivity of 93.9%,75% and 71.4%,and specificity of 72.9%,71.9% and 79%(P<0.01);The optimal cut-off values of HR-HPV viral load for the diagnosis of cervical cytophores, histological lesions and cervical cancer were 94.195,80.37 and 122.51,with sensitivity of 72.9%,64.1% and 64.7%,and specificity of 75.3%,83.3% and 77.4%.Colposcopy detection rates of CINI,CINII-III and CA in HPV-DNA negative and positive patients were 6.43%,2.41%,1.61%;11.65%,24.1%,32.53%.The women with a high viral load have a higher infect rate of cervical cancer. Conclusion: Women in Xinjiang have a higher risk of HPV infection, and viral load is correlated with cervical epithelial lesions, which can be used as a potential indicator for cervical cytopathic disease and prognosis evaluation.
