Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of fire needle Clinical comparative study of Sudden Sensorneural Hearing Loss with traditional acupuncture therapy.2.To observe the symptoms, duration, severity and TCM Syndrome of the impact on the efficacy therapy.3.To explain the mechanism of fire needle treatment of Sudden Sensorneural Hearing Loss and explore a better way for the clinical treatment of this disease. Methods:Collected from June 2014 to December 2015 for treatment of 60 cases of patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups of clinical observation, treatment group 30 patients and control group of 30 patients. Fire needle treatment group in the control group conventional therapy. Observation 4 courses, determine the efficacy by pure-tone audiometry results. And comparison to the symptoms, duration, severity and TCM Syndrome of the impact on the efficacy therapy.Statistics with the current relatively stable SPSS 17.0 software for analysis.Results:1.The basic data:The two groups in age, sex, suffering from ear distribution, duration, and degree of hearing loss and other symptoms associated with P> 0.05, so the two groups did not differ in basic statistical data on.2.The two groups before treatment the average hearing threshold of 62.43 ±18.88 and 66.57±20.56, by t-test, P> 0.05, no significant difference. Average hearing threshold of 31.87±19.81 and 44.97±27.40 after treatment by t-test statistical analysis, P<0.05. After treatment the average hearing thresholds were significantly different, statistically significant treatment group total effective rate 90.63%, control the total efficiency of 74.19%, the χ2 test, P<0.05, two groups have significant differences, namely the treatment group than the control group.Duration of 7 days to January when P> 0.05, no significant difference. That is seven days before the onset of deafness better recovery, duration of 7 days to a month to restore no significant difference, From the degree of deafness, the treatment group showed a mild to moderate degree of deafness therapeutically effective rate was 100%,90% moderate and severe, severe deafness 85.71%very severe by 50%, the total effective rate was 90%. Controls the degree of deafness 100% mild, moderate 85.71%, 71.43% moderate to severe and severe 66.67% very severe by 33.33%, the total effective rate was 73.33%. After Ridit test, two groups P> 0.05, no significant difference. Two sets of blood stasis type, disturbance type recovery rate on anger comparison, P<0.05, significant difference; the remaining four types compare cure rates are all P> 0.05, no significant difference and significance. Circumstances attendant symptoms by χ2 test, P> 0.05, no significant difference between comparable.Conclusion:1.The fire needle for the treatment of sudden deafness has definite clinical effect, and more effective than needle acupuncture group.2. Fire needle in the treatment of sudden deafness blood stasis type is better, the prognosis of the disease have a certain significance, but also for clinical treatment provides a new idea.3.Less than seven days after the onset of the course were, or simply fire needle acupuncture effect is remarkable, after no much difference, it is recommended that patients with sudden deafness after the onset of timely medical treatment, improve the cure rate.4. Vertigo, and tinnitus had no effect on the prognosis of the disease.
