Clinical Observation On Female Postadolescent ACNE With Xianling Tiaochong Decoction (Disharmony Of The Thoroughfare And Conception Vessels Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xianlingtiaochong decoction in treatment of female post adolescent acne (disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels type).Methods:78 selected cases are patients who saw a doctor in 1st Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine dermatology clinic department from February 2015 to January 2016. The selected cases with post adolescent acne (disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels type) are randomly divided into treatment group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases). The treatment group received internal medicine treatment by Xianlingtiaochong decoction, one dose a day, morning and evening for half an hour after a meal. The control group received internal medicine treatment by Tanshione capsules, four capsules three times a day. Two weeks as one course (two group).Observing the improvement of skin lesion and TCM symptom, and analyzing the data after 2 courses of treatment.Results:1.Skin lesion scores and TCM symptom scores were significantly different(P<0.05) after two weeks and four weeks treatment in two groups. After four weeks treatment,skin lesion scores and TCM symptom scores were significantly different(P<0.05);2.After 4 weeks treatment,among the treatment group,recover 8 cases,significant effect 17 cases,effect 11 cases,uneffect 3 cases,the total efficient for 92.3%;Among the control group,recover 4 cases,significant effect 10 cases,effect 14 cases,uneffect 11 cases,the total efficient for 71.8%.There was significant difference in curative effects between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The clinical effects of the treatment group with "Xianlingtiaochong decoction" is superior to the control group’s with "Tanshione capsules".2."Xianlingtiaochong decoction" is a safe and effective prescription for female post adolescent acne.
