Obscene Know Decoction For Treatment Of Chong And Ren Clinical Observation Of Disorders Of The Climacteric Syndrome

Purpose: This study obsevred 40 cases of Peri-menopause syndrome Patients with symptoms of Derangement of Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels,who were cured with Ren Zhi Tang. Eight commonly-seen clinical symptoms were chosen as the obsevration indexes and the therapeutic efficacy evaluation was conduced in different times before and after medicine-taking. Statistical treatment and anynalysis were conducted on sel-control group to evaluate the efficacy of the medicine so as to provide theoretical and clinical justifications for curing Peri-menopause syndrome Patients by this prescription.Method : This sutdy selected 40 cases of Peri-menopause syndrome Patients between2007—2008 with symptoms of Derangement of Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels. Different scores and scales were given to the 8 common clinical symptoms of Peri-menopause syndorme patienis with symptoms of Derangement of Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels,and self-controle comparison and summarization were conducted before medieine-taking and at 2,4 and 6 weeks after medieine taking respectively by using Q-analysis,F-analysis and-x±s sattistical analysis and by adopting two-way analysis of variance with p<0.05 as the signficant level.Result:1.The reseach results indicate that the degree and distribution of the symptoms have significant differences pre-treatment and 6weeks post-treatment, the symptom scores Per-treatment and 6 weeks post-treatment improve remarkably.Evaluation of overall therapeutic efficacy indicate that the rateof cure is 70%,the rate of excellency is 7.5%,the rate of improvement is 22.5%,with a total rate of efficacy of 100%.Evaluation of the theapeutic efficacy for single symptom indicates that the total rate of efficacy for sore and pain in loin and legs is 97.5%,the total rate of efficacy for fatigue and lassitude is92.5%,the total rate of efficacy for melancholia and suspicion is 95%and the total rate of efficacy for other symptoms is 100% each.2.According to the clinical symptomatic scale,sel-controle comparison was conducted before medicine-taking and at 2,4 and 6weeks atfer medicine taking respectively by adopting Q-analysis with significant level of 0.05 and two-way analysis of variance.Through statistical analysis,it is found that the scores of the 8symptoms have singificant differenecs before and after medicine-taking , which indicates that the degrees of eaeh symptom after medieine-taking are remarkbaly alleviated. The scores of each symptom have significant differences at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after medieine-taking,which indicates that the degrees of each symptom at 4 weeks atfer medieine-taking is remarkbaly alleviated than these at 2 weeks atfer medieine-taking.At 6 weeks atfer medicine-taking,the scores for the 5 symptoms of hectic fever and sweating,restlessness and irritability,sore and pain in loin and legs,appetite reduction,fatigue and lassiutde,and melancholia and suspicion do not have significant differences than these at 4 weeks atfe rmedicine-taking,whlch shows that the degrees of theabove 5 symptoms at 6 weeks after medicine-taking do not vyarsignificantly Than these at 4 weeks atfer medieine-taking,while the symptom degeres for the three symptoms of papetite reduction,colpoxerosis,and xeorsiscutis and aging or stains gradually alleviate with the prolonged length of medieine-taking time.Conclusion: This reseach results show that YinZhiTang is able to effectively alleviate the smptoms of hectic fever and sweating,restlessness and irritability,sore and pain in loin and legs,appetite reduction,fatigue and lassiutde,and melancholia and suspicion .As a result it is helpful to imporve the life quality of Peri-menopause snydrome patienis. It is effective curing and health-care method available to Peri-menopause women.
