| Objective:By looking at the original fill yu treatments for diseases with ease the clinical effect of the treatment of post-stroke depression, study to explore the effective treatment of PSD.Methods:Will conform to the standard of 60 cases of diseases with ease in patients with post-stroke depression by using random Numbers are divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Adopt generally two groups of patients after stroke rehabilitation of acupuncture treatment of paralysis on one side of the acupuncture points.Selecting acupoints and acupuncture method according to the acupuncture therapy (sixth edition) operation method of main and collateral channels in stroke. Upper limbs: shoulder Yu, li 11, hand three mile; Lower limbs:gb 30, leg clearance, fu rabbit, st 36, st 41; Pin:the contralateral temporal front slash. Treatment group choose lr 3, valley, door god, spleen yu, shen shu; Control group:ditch, best can, within the clearance, three vaginal intercourse, lr 3. Both groups of 2 weeks for a period of treatment, treatment 2 course of treatment. Before and after 2 weeks treatment,4 weeks after treatment by TCM symptoms of all patients scale, HAMD depression scale to assess curative effect. The data obtained by SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1. Syndromes rating scale:before the treatment, compared two groups of patients, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. After a period of treatment, two groups of patients compared with before treatment, has the obvious difference (P<0.05); A comparison between the two groups after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); After two period of treatment, two groups of patients, respectively, compared with before treatment, there are significant differences (P<0.01); 2 a comparison between the two groups after treatment, there is obvious difference (P<0.05).2. HAMD depression scale scores more:before the treatment, two groups of p lly significant difference (P>0.05), comparable; After a period of treatment, two groups of patients score compared with before treatment, has the obvious difference (P<0.05); A comparison between the two groups after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); Score after two period of treatment, two groups of patients compared with before treatment, has the extremely significant difference (P<0.01); 2 a comparison between the two groups after treatment, there is obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Type the original fill yu treatments for diseases with ease depression after stroke curative effect, can significantly reduce the TCM symptom score and HAMD scores of patients to improve patients with depression, provide effective method for clinical treatment of post-stroke depression. |
