| Objective:In Asthma-COPD overlap syndrome (a cosine) of TCM syndrome type distribution of preliminary discussion and analysis, as a reference of a cosine TCM clinical and basic research.Methods:Collection of ChengDu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Respiratory in-patient department in July 2014-March 2015 in this study included a total of 64 patients with standard, set the scale of a cosine TCM symptoms, record the patient general condition, including (name, gender, age, course of the disease, past history, occupation, smoking history) and TCM symptoms, for general information and TCM symptom type distribution and the distribution of data statistics, all data using the SPSS17.0 statistical analysis.Results:(1) A cosine age distribution in the majority with more than 60 people, course focused on 10～20 years, male smokers more, and smoked much in more than 30 years.(2) Distribution of TCM symptoms:cough, cough up phlegm, chest tightness, breathing in the highest frequency, constituent ratio over 90%, tongue pulse distribution of red tongue, yellow greasy moss, pulse heavy fine.(3) In distribution of syndrome type of TCM,the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome+(wet) phlegm turbidity temper resistance pulmonary syndrome is more,.the proportion is 17.2%, the second is phlegmy heat accumulating lung syndrome (11.0%), simple lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome (9.4%), syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung and of phlegm heat and blood stasis and phlegm wet resistance (7.8%), lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis resistance syndrome, qi and Yin deficiency syndrome (6.3%), lung qi deficiency syndrome, lung and kidney deficiency syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung, disharmony of liver and spleen syndrome (4.7%), lung and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney Yin deficiency is less, only 1.6%;Disease is a kind of elements for the lung, spleen, kidney, liver,Such factors as phlegm, blood stasis, qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, wet (turbidity), thermal, and depression.Conclusion:In this study cough, expectoration, chest tightness, breathing for four primary symptom of the disease, The main TCM syndrome type is Lung spleen qi-deficiency+lung phlegm wet resistance, syndrome of phlegm and heat accumulated in lung, phlegm heat and blood stasis and phlegm wet resistance, lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome+resistance phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, lung qi deficiency syndrome, inadjustable of liver and spleen, lung and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, qi deficiency clip stasis syndrome appear less.
