Objective:The sub-health state of sleep delay patient records of concurrent symptoms and treatment of acupoint selection records for data analysis and mining, so as to determine acupuncture intervention in sub health state of sleep latency acupoint selection and combination of acupoints scheme to provide reference.Methods:This study selected "Sichuan Province Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with the hospital and sub health center" "sub-health center case system during the period from October 2012 to 2014, the 10 month two years, effective clinical intervention of sub-health state of sleep delay of the medical records of a total of 200 cases (in the same patient, multiple visits to calculate as 1 case) through to the general situation, symptoms and intervention for data mining analysis using the point data. First to use Microsoft Office Access 2003 entry screening of case data and establish "sub health state of sleep latency database research"; using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 as a medium of data, the medical record data pretreatment; finally through SPSS statistics 19 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 analysis software on the pre processing of the case data analysis and data mining. This study used the frequency analysis method, factor analysis method and the method of correlation analysis of sub health state of sleep latency clinical situation, clinical symptoms (including tongue like, pulse) and intervention selection relationship between acupoints and sub-health state sleep onset latency of TCM syndromes and clinical common point between relational and clinical common point and common symptoms were analyzed, so as to determine acupuncture intervention in sub health state of sleep latency acupoint selection and combination of acupoints scheme to provide reference.Results:1, from on gender, age and duration of the statistical results show that clinical state of sub health sleep delay sex ratio in patients with 54% are female and male 36.5%. The age of the patients was (46.99+12.755) years old; course of disease was 35.71 weeks.2, with symptoms of statistical results:clinical state of sub health sleep delay the symptoms of mental fatigue, irritability, sleep light to see more; sublingual veins thin coating, red tongue, thin veins appear highest frequency; TCM syndrome type analysis obtained 8 TCM syndromes, insomnia and TCM Typing are basically the same.3, of selected points analysis:Baihui, sleeping, Neiguan Points more, point to Ren and Du Meridians and fourteen meridians of hand Taiyin lung meridian and hand the sun small intestine was removed by an out of ten channels, which foot Taiyang bladder meridian, Du Meridian selected most; acupoint multiple-choice from lower limbs and head and face.4, in association with the use of point of analysis:Baihui=> Neiguan-Yintang highest confidence; obtained in the treatment of:Baihui, Neiguan, Yintang, sleep.5, the use of acupoint and symptom association analysis:Ganshu=> easy to wake up with a start, Yin Ling Quan=> tenesmus, Xinshu=> timid set the highest reliability.Conclusion:1, the sub-health state of sleep latency associated symptoms and TCM syndrome type have certain regularity.2, acupuncture intervention of sub-health state of sleep delay selection acupoints show convergence and poor diversity.3, the sub health state of sleep delay electronic medical records of patients with symptoms and acupoint records for data mining and analysis to determine the selected points and the matching points scheme has a guiding value.
