Clinical Study On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Stage Treatment For The Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:By grouping and controlled observation of 50 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients, to investigate the staging treatment of ankylosing spondylitis TCM advantages and rationality, to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of TCM staging and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Provides an effective way for the clinical treatment of AS,play traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis advantage.Methods:Subjects met the diagnostic criteria of ankylosing spondylitis and staging criteria were randomly assigned to treatment group (TCM staging treatment) or control group (modern medical treatment group). To assess the efficacy observed, recorded and compared before and after the treatment of the Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index, ESR, C reactive protein, IgA receptor and AS evaluation of curative effect. Statistical methods:the analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, count data using X2 test, measurement data using t test, Ridit rank data inspection.Results:The treatment group and the control group had a better curative effect, in the treatment group than the control group and the effective clinical remission (P<0.05), the total effective rate is slightly better than that of the control group; two in BASDAI group and BASFI with its than before treatment were improved significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05), the treatment group had statistical significance compared and the control group (P<0.05); the two groups in ESR, CRP and IgA and their own than before treatment were significantly improved (P<0.01), the treatment group and the control group no significant difference (P>0.05). The treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions, compared with the control group had better tolerance.Conclusion:The treatment of TCM staging AS embodies the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment, clinical curative effect is obvious, is an effective clinical way of treating AS, worthy of promotion. Acute period Quhan dehumidification and replenishing qi and blood can ease symptoms, quiescent Bupi Yishen Huatan Tongluo can prevent the recurrence of AS and prevent ankylosis of the spine.
