The Clinical Effect Observation Of Huoxue Huajian Soup To Cure The Acne Conglobata (Blood Stasis-phlegm Coagulation)

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment and evaluation of invigorate the Huoxue Huajian soup polymerized acne,the mechanism and clinical curative effect,analyses their advantages and thus to the clinical treatment of polymerized acne to provide a safe and effective treatment.Methods:Select 100 cases included in the standard of polymerized acne patients,randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(50 cases) take orally Huoxue Huajian soup.The control group(50 cases) take orally D A weakness in the capsule,both groups of topical clindamycin phosphate gel.Weekly visit,4 weeks for a period of treatment,observation of eight weeks in a row,after the treatment of observation records for the atatistical analysis of the integral judge curative effect.Results:8 weeks after treatment,the treatment group and control group effectiveness respectively is 70.83% and 62.5%,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),two groups of total curative effect quite.On the comparison of two groups of recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group in reducing relapse,reduce the adverse reaction is better than that in control group.Conclusion:Huoxue Huajian soup which is easy to be accepted by the patient,has the curative effect to treat the polymerized acne,and low recurrence rate,low incidence of adverse reactions in the process of treatment,has clinical value.
