After chemotherapy in patients with tooth marked tongue, big fat tongue increased obviously (P<0.05), thick and greasy fur was significantly increased (P<0.05); tongue fur and color no significant change (P>0.05).2. Before the chemotherapy of gastric cancer patients with Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis is the main performance, after chemotherapy spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness syndrome increased significantly in patients with gastric cancer (P<0.05)3.The tongue isPale tongue, purple tongue, scalloped tongue, enlarged tongue, thick fur advanced gastric cancer is difficult to adhere to the completion of chemotherapy.Conclusion:1. Advanced gastric cancer patients with abnormal tongue with purple tongue, tongue in tooth marked tongue, big fat tongue, the tongue on thin white tongue; After chemotherapy in patients with tooth marked tongue, big fat tongue increased obviously increased; thick and greasy fur increased significantly, and the central of tongue.2. Patients with advanced gastric cancer with TCM syndrome deficiency, deficiency and empirical mixing, the main symptom is Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, etc. In patients with spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness syndrome increased significantly after chemotherapy; Chemotherapy induced the function of the spleen and stomach injury, increase in the spleen deficiency, dampness cohesion, endogenous phlegm. The results:add Jianpi dehumidification drug during chemotherapy.
