ObjectiveExploring the relationship of hypertension with lacunar infarction TCM syndrome and lipids, Hcy, Cys-C, ambulatory blood pressure through the retrospective investigation of the clinical data and TCM Syndrome types by the hypertension with lacunar infarction, and providing objective basis for Clinical treatment.MethodThrough the April 2012 to March 2015 in cardiovascular, geriatrics and neurology archive hospitalized cases were retrospectively investigation and study in Traditional Chinese Medicine of Sichuan Province, choose 170 cases in standard, summarized and analyzed the correlation of TCM syndrome types between blood lipid, homocysteine, Cystatin C and 24h ambulatory blood pressure.Results1.In general Comparison:Males accounted for 56.5%,females accounted for 43.5% 170 cases;the concentrated in 60 to 80 years old;course mostly in 6 to 15 years, two TCM syndrome types including phlegm wet type indicates qi deficiency and blood stasis type occurred more.there were no statistical significance between gender, age, course of the disease and TCM syndrome types by statistic analysis.2. TCM syndrome and Hey horizonta relatively:TCM syndrome type of Hcy level had significant difference with statistical significance (P<0.05), with the highest absolute value of excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness type.3.TCM syndrome and Lipid comparison:TCM syndrome type of TC level had significant difference with statistical significance (P<0.05), the excessive accumu-lation of phlegm dampness type of the absolute value of the highest, but the TG level, LDL-C level and it has no significant difference.4.TCM Syndrome and compare cystatin C:There was no significant difference between the level of Cys-C in different TCM syndrome types of yin deficiency of liver and kidney the absolute value of the maximum.5、TCM syndrome compared with 24h ambulatory blood pressure:① In the PP, hyperactivity of liver Yang Syndrome and phlegm dampness syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is higher than the average difference was significant (P< 0.05). ② The DSBP in different TCM syndrome types, there was no significant difference between the absolute value of the maximum of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. ③ The AvDP in different TCM syndrome types, there was no significant difference between the absolute value of the highest liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome.④In the daytime, nighttime systolic blood pressure loading value, TCM syndrome type of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome had no significant difference but the absolute highest.⑤ In the daytime diastolic blood pressure loading value, TCM syndrome type with no significant difference between the absolute value of the highest liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome. ⑥ In the nighttime diastolic blood pressure loading value, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes was no significant difference between the absolute value of the maximum but Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. ⑦ The systolic blood pressure variation coefficient in different TCM syndrome types, but no significant difference between phlegm dampness the absolute highest. ⑧ In diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient in different TCM syndrome types, but no significant difference between the syndrome of hyperactivity of liver Yang absolute value maximum.Conclusion1. In traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, blood lipids, Hcy, Cystatin C level is different, can be used as a reference index in hypertension with lacunar infarction TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction.2.24h ambulatory blood pressure as the most important essential hypertension with lacunar infarction detection and inspection methods, their parameters detected between the four syndromes have differences, can be used as an adjunct to diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension medicine.
