Research On Promoting The Application Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of TCM Clinical Pathway

Objective:Through on CP group and non-CP group of control research, objective evaluation TCM clinical path clinic programme of normative and feasibility in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory, makes this clinical path in sichuan province get application, to specification clinical integrated treatment programme, full played TCM features treatment of advantage, reasonable control treatment costs, improve patients of satisfaction degrees, thus further improve clinical effect in TCM for the treatment of sequelae of PID, reduced recurrence rate and sequelae of occurred, to improved patients of reproductive health, improve their life quality.Methods:According to preliminary development of PID(sequelae of PID) with traditional Chinese medicine of clinical pathway programme, making clinical observation of path tables, through comparative study of method selected during December 2012 to January 2015 in the attached Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM Gynecology outpatient patients choose the diagnostic criteria of 120 cases with pelvic inflammatory disease with Western medicine. Depending on whether or not the implementation of pelvic inflammatory disease with traditional Chinese medicine clinical pathways, clinical path of patients into clinical pathway group and non-CP group assessment, one CP group of 60 patients, non-CP group of 60 cases. Main criteria include:①the main effects; ②efficacy of TCM syndromes; ③local signs of efficacy; ④dissipation pelvic inflammatory mass effect; ⑤Treatment days;⑥costs; ⑦TCM characteristic assessment;⑧patient satisfaction.Results:(1) In the aspect of improving the main symptoms curative effect, TCM syndrome curative effect, pelvic local signs of efficacy, CP group and non-CP group were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between the values of integral changes between the two groups(P>0.05), that is:two groups have exact and similar curative effective.(2) Dissipating in pelvic inflammatory mass effect has no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05), and CP group clinical cure rate:53.33%,non-CP group clinical cure rate:50.00%;(3) In treatment days aspects, CP group has significant difference compared with non-group(P<0.05), description CP group treatment days obviously less than non-CP group;(4) In treatment costs aspects (main including medicine, and proprietary Chinese medicines, and TCM features therapy and supplementary examinations), CP group are below non-CP group, differences has statistics meaning (P<0.05);(5) The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine usage is 100%, patient satisfaction is 94.74%.Conclusion:Application of the clinical pathway for sequelae of PID programme can short treatment time, reduce the cost of treatment, and be clinical effect, save health care resources, strengthen communication between doctor and patient, increase patient satisfaction, and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of medical personnel of different levels, improve the quality of medical services.TCM clinical paths extensively provide clinical application evidence for further application in the Gynecology pelvic inflammatory disease.
