Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in mammotome minimally invasive rotary cutting system in the treatment of breast benign lesions in the course of treatment.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014. The hospital under real-time ultrasound guidance in 943 breast lesions in 313 cases of mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection, all patients underwent breast ultrasound examination before operation.,and the use of the American College of Radiology(American Collegeof Radiology, ACR)recommended "breast imaging reporting and data system"(breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS) properties of mass valuation, by postoperative pathological examination and follow-up, diagnosis and treatment evaluation of breast lesions,summarize clinical experience.Results 943 lesions were classified and compared with pathological results. The results showed that: 2 grade lesions 61, 3 grade 815 lesions, grade 4A lesions 64, grade 4B lesions 3. The pathological results showed that there were 2 lesions in grade 3 and 3 lesions in grade4 A and 4B. In the diagnosis of gold standard, the accuracy of BI-RADS classification was 99.5%. In 4-6 months after operation, under the guidance of ultrasound for Mammotome treatment 943 lesions in 7 in the original lesion site still found residual lesions, ultrasound guided mass resection with no residual rate was 99.2%. In 313 patients,15 cases of hematoma complicated(4.79%); subcutaneous ecchymosis in 21 cases(6.7%);0 case of skin damage; no infection, hemopneumothorax and other complications.Conclusion Ultrasound is an effective anf safe method for the diagnosis of breast lesions, BI-RADS in clinical operation existing use value, help clinicians to determine the mass of benign and malignant color Doppler ultrasound in Mammotome treatment has real-time positioning, repeated operation, security and other advantages.
