| Objective:Nowadays, the fire needle therapy is commonly used in clinical treatment, but most studies are retrospective, clinical observation, and there are a few systematic mechanism researches, which limit the popularization and development of fire needle therapy, therefore the study of the mechanism of fire needle therapy should be done instantly, maybe the diseases are treated by fire needle with the function of activation of human cells, promotion of blood circulation. According to the existing literature, and also the abnormal temperature distribution of infrared thermal imaging examination maybe caused by the formation mechanism of the neural factors of vascular factors, and metabolic abnormalities. The main goal of this article is to show the mechanism of fire needle on stimulating local change, the types of guinea pig abdominal skin, changes of gastric mucosa, serum NO, ET, and the change of body temperature in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:(1) Morphological study on effect of fire needle therapy about guinea pig local tissue: 60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into group A (group black control), group B (group model control), group C (group immediate fire needle, group D (group after 1 hour of fire needle), group E (group after 1 day of fire needle) and group F (group after 2 days of fire needle), a total of 6 groups, by fire needle on guinea pig abdominal point RN 12 stimulation, analyze the changes of detection point RN 12 around the abdominal vascular tissue capillaries open degree and serum NO, ET, to explore the protective of fire needle therapy on acute gastric mucosal injury in guinea pigs.(2)The change of fire needle therapy on infrared imaging around the human body’s RN 12, through the needle stimulation in patients with chronic superficial gastritis, RN 12 were observed before and after treatment, needle abdominal temperature (from xiphoid to RN 8, the ratio of length to width is 2:1) change rules, to explore the role of heat on parts of the human body acupuncture law.Results:(1) Guinea pig gastric mucosa ulcer index statistics:except the group immediate fire needle group, other groups compared to group model control, P were all less than 0.05, with significant difference;(2) The detection results of NO content in serum of guinea pig:compared with B group, the other groups of guinea pig serum nitric oxide (no) value were higher; group B, C, D, F compared with group A P< 0.05, there were significant differences; D, e group and B group P< 0.05 compared, there was a significant difference; Group E and group C, F group P< 0.05 compared. There were significant differences;(3) The detection results of ET content in serum of guinea pig:compared with the group B, the other groups of guinea pig serum ET levels were higher; group B, C, D, F compared with group A, P< 0.05, there were significant differences; group D, E compared to group B, group C, P< 0.05, there were significant differences; in Group E and group F, P< 0.05 compared with group D, were significantly different; in group F and E group compared to P< 0.05, there was significant difference;(4) Guinea pig gastric mucosa light microscopy results:in group A, the gastric mucosa of each layer of smooth, no obvious change; group B, gastric mucosa layer, submucosa of visible light to moderate vascular dilatation and congestion; group C gastric mucosa layer, submucosa connected serosal layer visible vessels from mild to severe with different degrees of expansion, silt blood; group D of vascular mild to moderate expansion and congestion; group E showed mucosa layer, submucosa and serosal were visible blood vessels of different degree of expansion and congestion; group F showed mild to severe each layer of the blood vessel dilation and congestion;(5) Guinea Pig Subcutaneous light microscopy results:Both group A and B had no obvious change; group C showed different degrees of skin vascular expansion, congestion, edema, subcutaneous seen in neutrophils, eosinophil inflammatory reaction, monocytes; group D blood vessels of different degrees of expansion tissue, congestion, edema, subcutaneous seen in neutrophils, eosinophil inflammatory reaction, monocytes, inflammatory reaction is more obvious; group E blood vessels of different degree of expansion, congestion, edema, necrosis, visible to neutrophils, eosinophil, monocytes the inflammatory cell infiltration; group F blood vessels of different degree of expansion, congestion, edema, necrosis, with neutronphils, eosinophils, monocytes dominated inflammatory cells infiltration;(6) Fire needle acupuncture on chronic superficial gastritis’ RN 12, the trend of surface temperature is rising.Conclusion:(1)Fire needle point RN 12 has protective effect on gastric mucosa(2)Fire needle point RN 12 has repair effect on gastric mucosal injury;(3)It has a long-term effect on the body for fire needle, so the fire needle can be applied every other day. |
