Research On Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia Based On A Hospital

Objective To investigate the disease composition of neonate and the incidence of various neonatal diseases in secondary hospital;To research into neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and the impact of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia to the system;To provide scientific basis to prevent and cure the neonatal diseases. Methods All the disease composition of neonate in-patients during Jan.2013 to Jan.2015 were analyzed retrospectively in statistics. The date were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results This study reveal that there were 1115 cases of newborn inpatients n our hospital from Jan.2013 to Jan.2015,the incidence were neonatal hyperbilirubinemia55.16%(615 cases),premature delivery15.43%(172cases),pneumonia of newborn11.30%(126cases),neonatal asphyxia9.87%(110cases),they were the major diseases among hospitalized newborns.The high risk factor of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were perinatal factor in 236 patients(39.33%),infection factors in 173 patients(28.83%), breast-feeding jaundice in 115 patients(19.17%),neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can damage nervous system,circulatory syystem,liver and kidney functions,immune function and so on,the clinical cure rate of it is as high as 66.34%.neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is preventable and controllable,we should provide early intervention on perinatal factor.Conclusion Disease spectrum of neonate have obviously changed,there was a higher rate of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and had a negative effect on all systems.This study can provide useful information for further research on prevention and treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
