Methods:We set the State Intellectual Property Office and Soopat patent search tools as a data source, Heilongjiang Province anticancer drugs related patents for statistical analysis, we combine citespace and ucinet software to make a visualization analysis of domestic patent literatures and then exclude patents do not meet the research purpose, the patent holder of patent data analysis, patent technology analysis, patent technology life-cycle analysis, and the use of SWOT analysis to explore the province of anticancer drugs R & D strategy. Results:Development of the province of anticancer drugs can be roughly divided into three stages, with 2000 and 2010 as the boundary is divided into infancy, the development period and growth; Northeast Forestry University, Harbin Medical University and is the main applicant; province anticancer drugs patented technology mainly in the technical field A61K36, A61K35, A61K31, C12N15 like; antineoplastic province technology research and development in the formative years, has not yet matured. Conclusions:The province did not cause relevant organizations, institutions, enterprises pay attention to anticancer drugs in patent applications; antineoplastic province inventions patented technology focused on natural medicine patent was extracted; the province of biotechnology R & D units emphasis on the role of anti-cancer drugs in the tumor gene therapy focused on C12N15 class; antineoplastic province technology research and development in the formative years, have not yet matured; the province in the development of anticancer drugs in the policy should be to seize the opportunity make full use of advantages to develop themselves.
