Effect Of Deep Breathing On The Occurrence And Influence Of Maternal Hypotension During Cesarean Section

Objective:Through the intervention of the patient’s breathing, respiratory effects were compared in the intervention group and the control group, to verify whether the reduction in cesarean breathing hypotension occurs and the impact on birth condition. Thereby providing a basis for improved treatment of hypotension during cesarean section control;Methods:All objects all come from the 86 patients with cesarean section, aged 25-35 years old,height of 160-170 cm,weight of 65-85 kg,who used CSCA in 2014.11 to 2015.05 in our hospital,randomly dividing into two groups,including respiratory intervention group of 42 cases and control group of 44 cases.And then measure the height, weight, blood pressure,HR,the use frequency of pressor agent,1min、5min、10min Apgar score of neonate,umbilical veins blood gas analysis respectively. Application of SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis, measurement data to Ⅹ±S, said group and the group with t test, variance analysis and chi square test, P < 0.05 for differences have statistical significance.Results:Comparison of respiratory intervention group and control group, the height, weight,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure before and after anesthesia,HR,1min、5min、10min Apgar score of neonate,the value of lac, PH,PCO?、 Pa O?、SPO2 of umbilical veins,I-D time difference of two groups have no statistical significance.Between the two groups,the use frequency of pressor agent, and the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,the value of BE of umbilical veins when the fetus is removing have statistical significance.Conclusion:Mother and baby are all safe in both groups from the data, and treatment is also effective.But compared with control group,respiratory intervention group has lower frequency of hypotension,and the range of decreased blood pressure is even smaller when the fetus is removing,and have more advantages in the aspect ofthe value of BE of umbilical veins.
