Objective:To evaluate low-dose CCTA in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis through a meta analysis of relevant literatures. Methods:The relevant literatures were searched by computer that compared low-dose CCTA with coronary angiography (the reference standard) in symptomatic patients with suspected coronary heart disease, Subsequently, the characteristics of the enrolled literatures were evaluated and extracted. Accurate data in the enrolled studies were extracted for further heterogeneity investigation, the weighted sensitivity and specificity were aggregated, as well as forest plots for statistical pooling and the summary receiver operating characteristic(SROC)curve were drawn. Results:A total of 17 studies were eligible for meta analysis, including 1323 patients and 18440 segments. The heterogeneity was found in studies which based on segment lever and vessel lever. According to the random effects model, the weighted sensitivity and specificity and corresponding 95% confidence intervals were:0.92(0.91~0.93)、 0.96(0.96~0.96)for segment-level,0.96(0.95~0.97)、0.92(0. 91~0.93)for vessel-level, According to the fixed effects model, the weighted sensitivity and specificity and corresponding 95% confidence intervals was 0.99(0.96~1.00)、0.85(0.82~0.88)for patient-level. Respectively, and the area under the SROC curve was 98.85% for segment-level、98.31% for vessel-level、97.55% for patient-level.Conclusion:Low-dose CCTA has higher sensitivity, specificity and diagnosis accuracy in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis, has a higher clinical value.
